Having bought a cat flap which worked perfectly our cat decided to have a fight with the local Tom cat through the cat flap door which resulted in the plastic door being damaged. I contacted customer service intending to pay for a replacement door only to be told that they would send one free of charge. As it was our cat who had caused the damage I thought that this gesture was exceptional. First rate company.

We have had to use the customer and technical service team quite a few times in the 12 months we've had our connected cat flap, sometimes technical issues others our own failure to understand.
On every occasion the service with a variety of individual staff members has been outstanding both in terms of their ability to sort technical problems but also the listening and patience.
I would definitely recommend them.

Outstanding customer service. I had an issue with my cat flap and after running through some simple tests which didn't fix the problem a replacement was sent out and arrived the next day.

Had no hesitation in buying a Sureflap catflap to replace our old one after 7+ years of continual use. Great product. Customer service was extremely helpful, and delivery was next-day even though it was just before Christmas. Thoroughly recommend.

Recently bought our second Sure Feed sealed pet bowl as they are a great British product - keeps flies off food, easy to clean (the stainless steel bowls are dishwasher proof) & our first one lasted years. Our cat quickly got used to using it. Even got a discount buying it via Cats Protection charity website who receive a donation from Sure Petcare - everyone's a winner!

Never received the item, full payment taken, sent email follow up, ZERO response

The feeder is great. One cat is a slow eater and tends to pick at her food over a long period and the other is a Hoover. I used to have to stand guard over the cats eating and keep offering her food bowl to the slow eater. Now she goes and gets a little whenever she wants. The other cat is heartbroken that he doesn’t have a fancy feeder that only opens for him.

Microchip feeder is a good product however I think the back cover should be in original box rather than buying separately.
The “intruder mode” also is not in manual & had to be e-mailed to me how to activate.
Otherwise easy to set up and cat took to it really well.

Everything about the purchase went smoothly...delivered next day. Works perfectly. Unfortunately cat is not working quite so perfectly! Very timid...just got her used to eating from the platform...will try putting dish in recess soon. Pity cover isn't completely silent...although I haven't tried it yet, I think that will be the biggest hurdle.

Cat flap was just what we needed and did everything I expected. Great product.
